BABIES WELCOME (until crawling) to class, though you can also come without if you prefer
£70 per 6-week block
This is a small group class (maximum 10) so you will receive plenty of guidance and support from your Physiotherapist instructor.

Class includes: Breathwork, Mobility exercises, Low-impact Full Body Strength, Core & Pelvic Floor, Relaxing Stretches. We use light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls to gradually increase challenge and progress each week.

Venue: The Nest, 103 Walmesley Road, Eccleston, WA10 5JW. There is parking to the side of the building and outside. If you have any issues finding us, you can ring me on 07805253871.

Equipment: All equipment is provided. There are individual mats for your baby and feel free to bring anything you wish toys/play mats/blanket etc. There are changing facilities and nappies, wipes etc. if you forget something.

Health Screening: Please complete the online screening form before your first class and update me if anything changes with your health or if you experience anything unusual during or after your class. (Link in your Instabook confirmation email or Link in Bio via Instagram). I am a Women's Health Physiotherapist and I offer Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Postnatal checks so please don’t hesitate to chat in person before/after class if you have any concerns or issues.

Please note each pre-paid course is for a set number of consecutive sessions in a specific class day/time and unfortunately classes cannot be carried over to the next course. If you are unable to make a class, you may be able to swap to a different class for that week (if there is space available, please ask) or you will be offered an online / video alternative. You may also gift your place to a friend for that week instead. Please let me know so they can complete the pre-screening beforehand.

I look forward to meeting you and your little one soon and helping you feel a supple, strong, and empowered new mum.
