COVID-19 Policy

 

Please note this important COVID-19 information regarding Core Wellness Studio Pilates Classes and Events

 

Prior to Class

  1. If you are feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough, or a loss or change to your smell or taste) OR you have been told to self-isolate, please cancel your class immediately and let me know. Even if your symptoms are mild, please do not attend your class. If you have to miss your regular class, you will be able to access the class from home or catch up on the recording (if your particular class is live-streamed) OR you may be able to attend an extra studio class as long as within the same block (if space available and agreed with me). For events, you will receive a refund if you are unable to attend due to Covid.
     

  2. If you arrive with noticeable symptoms, you will kindly be asked to leave. 
     

  3. You may be asked to confirm that you do not having Covid symptoms prior to class entry.
     

  4. Clinically extremely vulnerable individuals or those living with anyone deemed extremely vulnerable should not engage in group classes or events.
     

  5. Please arrive earliest 5 minutes before class start time and allow the previous class to fully vacate the building before entering. Please wait outside the studio until you are granted access. For Liverpool studio - please buzz for access. For St. Helens studio – the door will open 5-10 minutes before class start time. You can ring or WhatsApp me on 07805253871 if any issues with access. 

 

  1. Please sanitise hands before your class. Sanitiser is provided by the door.
     

  2. It is not a legal requirement to check in at the studio, however I will continue to keep a register of attendees in order to support those that wish to follow Track and Trace.
     

  3. Please bring your own mat and small equipment to the class.

 

During your class

  1. If you become symptomatic whilst at the studio, please inform me and leave the venue immediately and if safe to do so, without touching anything or coming into close contact with anyone.
     

  2. Although social distancing is now not a legal requirement for group exercise, I encourage you to keep your distance from other clients wherever possible in the studio. There is no capacity limit for indoor facilities, however following a risk assessment, I have temporarily limited the number of clients for my classes to a maximum of 7 (Liverpool) and 12 (St. Helens) at any one time to allow sensible space between clients. This will prevent overcrowding and allow space for those who wish to maintain some degree of social distancing.
     

  3. Face coverings are not recommended when exercising however it is advised for you to wear a face covering when arriving and leaving the building and to maintain social distancing in the common areas (kitchen, changing rooms and hallway). 
     

  4. Windows and doors will remain open where possible to ensure continuous fresh air flow throughout the studio.
     

  5. Prior to Covid-19, hands-on adjustments were provided during every class to maximise the benefit for you. The governments easing of restrictions allows me to reintroduce this into our class, however to reduce risk of transmissions, hands on adjustments will be kept to a minimum and most adjustments will be verbal. If you do not wish to have hands-on adjustments, please let me know or select this option in the registration form. 

 

 

After your class

  1. After class, please leave the studio and building swiftly to avoid gatherings.
     

  2. If you develop Covid-19 symptoms or test positive for Covid-19, please inform me immediately (WhatsApp 07805253871) so I can follow inhouse tracing procedure. If you have attended a class within the 48 hours prior to onset of symptoms, I will advise other clients of a positive case (without giving confidential information) in case they wish to self-isolate. 
     

  3. If you develop Covid-19 symptoms or test positive for Covid-19 please do not return to the studio at least 10 days from the onset of symptoms and you must be symptom free and two consecutive negative lateral flow tests. at least 7 days with no symptoms. 
     

  4. Any class updates regarding Covid will be communicated via the group or personal WhatsApp.
     

  5. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask
